In brief

Chirnside Park is a regional shopping centre approximately 30km from the centre of Melbourne and comprises a 37,900m2 Centre with a Coles, Safeway, Aldi, Target and Kmart stores along with approximately 100 specialty stores and with a cinema complex at the southern end of the site. 

Bylett+Associates assisted GPT with the cost estimating of a number of different schemes which increased the extent of retail space including a new Kmart tenancy, extended undercroft parking along with some additional retail, roof top car parking and the relocation of the cinema complex to the roof level of the extension and the introduction of bulky goods tenancies in the southern corner of the site. Additional works included the re-alignment of Kimberley Drive and the relocation of the petrol station and other standalone tenancies.
