We have been an integral part of major construction projects since 2006, providing effective quantity surveying and cost management services underpinned by unfailing support and highly experienced, passionate people.

From a cost management perspective, we invest a considerable amount of our time in the period of the project leading up to the application for planning approval.

Experience has shown that this is the period where we can provide the greatest benefit for the financial viability of the project.

Our long history in many different projects has shown that large practices do not typically offer clients a strong connection to their senior management base – and therefore a connection to senior skillsets.

To ensure our clients have access to key people and skills throughout, we employ and retain more senior staff that are widely experienced, rather than a large staff base comprising lower skilled people.
