Pre-development application to Design documentation

Our main focus during the cost planning phase is to ensure that the property owner is provided with accurate and detailed cost advice in order to establish a realistic budget which will provide the right financial return for the project.
Our approach continues throughout the design development phase through to tender whereby our cost advice is to protect the property owner from the financial risk of the project and to ensure that the commercial, operational and business outcomes are achieved.
Contract documentation to Post contract
(Stages 3 and 4):
Our responsibility to manage the project financial risks continues throughout the construction phase with the intention to provide early warning of any potential threat to achieving this outcome.
